CEO Teresa Ojeda is the company interface to clients and oversees day-to-day operations. Teresa has over 32 years of experience as a program/project manager and trade show manager for major U.S. corporations and a couple of small biotechnology companies. In these positions she guided the teams to design and communicate clear messages in both government and commercial settings. As CEO for OTS, Teresa’s primary job is much the same: curate a team of the right professionals with the right skill mix to best address client needs.
OTS President Jim Ojeda oversees active consulting activities and handles administrative management tasks. Jim’s degree is in graphic design and technical illustration. He now has over 32 years experience directing, designing and producing executive level presentations, trade show graphics, 2D/3D illustrations, animations, print collateral, package design, and web sites for Fortune 400 companies. With half of his career in the commercial sector, the other half spent in the government proposal sector, Jim is a leader in the development of clear, effective visuals that communicate a complicated message in an easily understood graphic.
